Our Refound Policy
BME is committed to providing our customers with the highest quality marine electrical products made to Australian Standards for a sound investment that will add lasting to value to your vessel. Many of our products come with comprehensive product warranties.
BME does not normally recognise a refund after an ordered product has been installed and used by the customer.
However, if a customer provides us with a notice in writing or by telephone within two weeks of delivery we will issue a credit note at the original value less 20% restocking fee, less the cost of freight from our premises to the customer. The customer bears the responsibility for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. Credits will not be issues for goods returned to our store in inferior condition.
