The Icom IC-M25EURO EVO is the upgraded evolution of the extremely popular IC-M25EURO — one of the world's lightest and most compact floating VHF marine handheld transceivers. The EVO retains the signature Float'n Flash™ technology that made the M25 series an industry benchmark: if dropped overboard, the radio floats to the surface, a bright LED flashes and an alarm sounds — making it easy to locate even in darkness or poor visibility. AquaQuake™ technology vibrates the speaker membrane to expel water from the speaker grille after submersion, ensuring clear audio immediately. The EVO brings three meaningful upgrades over its predecessor: improved anti-slip grip texture on the sides for secure one-handed operation with wet hands; larger, easier-to-operate buttons; and a new power-saving Eco Mode that reduces transmit power to 2.5W, extending battery life to approximately 14 hours (a ~30% improvement over the standard 5W mode). USB Type-C charging is now standard, allowing the radio to be charged from any smartphone charger, car USB adaptor or power bank. At just 228g and 31.2mm body depth, it remains one of the thinnest and lightest floating marine VHF radios on the market. Available in Black or Marine Blue. Supplied with antenna, Li-ion battery pack, USB-C to USB-A charging cable and belt clip.
